RPM Contracted for 24 Parks in Peoria

City of Peoria, Arizona contracts Regional Pavement Maintenance to service 24 Parks with work begining at Rio Vista Recreation Center April 25-29.

A little bit more information about the center:
The Rio Vista Recreation Center was designed to be a versatile, family friendly facility. Its numerous amenities and programs are intended to engage residents and promote healthy lifestyles. Home to a number of firsts in our city; the first public gymnasium, the first indoor racquetball courts, the first climbing wall and so much more.

Regional Pavement Maintenance awarded Dysart Unified School District contract through 2011. Contract encourages statewide procurement for municipalities and schools through the GPCCS and S.A.V.E. programs.

Regional Pavement Maintenance becomes proud member of BOMA PHOENIX! Company enters third decade of supporting Building Owners and Managers Association.

February 2006

Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) welcomes Regional Pavement Maintenance as new member supporting Arizona’s schools. Regional benefits AASBO by providing procurement to schools through the Maricopa County and Dysart Unified School contracts.

December 2005

Safety Program yields a full work year with ZERO time lost to work-related injuries. Employees awarded bonuses, establishing benchmark for future safety success.

October 2005

United States Postal Service contracts with Regional for over 1 million dollars in Bonded projects to be completed over the next 12 months. Work begins with Litchfield Park Station completed on schedule and full mobilization of Regional crews heading to Tucson.

September 2005

Regional Pavement Maintenance is hired directly by Costco Wholesale to complete a tightly scheduled project over Labor Day weekend. All work is self performed with the owners personally completing the project with all parking lot, delivery access, gas station and store entrance open for business with time to spare.

June 2005

Senior Regional Project Manager, Jerry Chvarek, value engineers and personally manages all phases of an extensive parking lot and roadway improvement project at the Hilton Pointe South Mountain. Project meets and exceeds all deadlines and over a thousand ton of recycled material is created for use throughout the valley.

April 2005

Dan Dannenfeldt joins Regional as a Project Estimator bringing a strong following of past satisfied customers. The relationship is strong for all as Dan brings a wealth of knowledge with the local market and valley construction practices.

January 2005

Regional Pavement Maintenance of Arizona Inc, is award the Maricopa Materials Management Contract thru the year 2010. The contract will showcase Regional’s full arsenal of self performed work. Initial projects include the complete parking lot renovation of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department Communications Building and the rehabilitation of Maricopa County Flood Controls various multi purpose canal side roadways.

December 2004

Regional completes its first subdivision project in Arizona. Troon Canyon Estates in North Scottsdale project is signed off by the City of Scottsdale as infrastructure is completed.

September 2004

Department of Emergency and Military Affairs awards Regional Pavement Maintenance, multi phase Case Grande projects. Bonding, deadlines and testing requirements all pass completing a successful project ahead of schedule.
